There's an old Simpsons joke in which Willie the Scot says: Brothers and sisters are natural enemies, like Englishmen and Scots, or Welshmen and Scots, or Japanese and Scots, or Scots and other Scots. Damn Scots! They've ruined Scotland!
Well, it seems that, in the run-up to the Euro final, the Scots have found a friend among so many enemies.
